If the waste is disposed of illegally, the offender will be fined almost €1,000. You can of course simply lay the lawn on the car tire, fill it with soil and plant it. This is easy and quick. But you can also get a little creative and for example:
- Stack several car tires on top of each other like a wall, fill them with soil and plant them and use them, for example, to fortify a slope or conceal a height difference.
- Hang the car tire(s) on the wall and only plant the lower part, e.g. with hanging plants.
- Build a small, round raised bed by stacking several car tires on top of each other.

The car tire with petals
A painted car tire doesn't look bad, but if you want to add some shape to it, you can cut it as desired. It works like this.
What you need:
- Chalk
- A large, sharp knife
- a lot of power
- weatherproof, environmentally friendly paint
How to proceed:
- Paint petals or semicircles around the car tire on the top from the inner edge. The circles should reach a maximum of the outer edge. Make sure that they are as evenly distributed as possible and the same size.
- Then use a knife to cut out what you have drawn from the middle.
- Once you have everything cut out, turn the car tire inside out. This is a huge effort, but this is how your petals bend outwards!
- Then paint it as desired, fill it with soil and plant it.
