To drain a lawn that is too wet, you should loosen the soil, add a layer of sand and humus, create drainage or use lawn replacement plants such as star moss or feather cushions that can handle moisture better.
Level surface and sunny location for dry lawn
If you sow lawn or lay turf on uneven ground, you will have the problem of the lawn being too wet after every rainstorm. Only if the soil itself is nice and loose can the water seep away after a while.
