How to water moss roses correctly?
Moss roses should be watered thoroughly two to three times a week in summer. In spring and autumn the moss rose needs less moisture.
Avoid wetting the leaves when watering, as wet leaves are quickly affected by powdery mildew. If possible, avoid using a garden sprinkler that waters the plants from above.
The best time for watering is in the morning.
How often and when do you need to fertilize?
In order for a moss rose to bloom extensively, it needs a comparatively large amount of nutrients. Fertilization is carried out three times a year.
