Why does my clivia have yellow leaves and how can I save them?
Yellow leaves on a clivia can be caused by dried out root balls, too much sun, irregular watering or excessive nutrient supply. To save it, place the plant in partial shade, reduce fertilizing and control watering behavior.
Clivias prefer a bright location, but do not tolerate direct sun well. The clivia also reacts quickly to irregular watering or too much nutrients due to too frequent or too abundant fertilization with yellow leaves. The root ball should neither dry out nor be constantly in water.
