How can I plant cucumbers in a container?
To plant cucumbers in a bucket, you need seeds, a 20 liter bucket or substrate bag, germination substrate, sowing soil, climbing aid and fertilizer. Choose a sunny, sheltered location and water regularly from below to avoid waterlogging.

Homemade fertilizer: Fill a watering can with nettles and dead cucumber shoots and then top up with water. Let ferment for 2 weeks. Then fertilize or spray cucumbers with diluted nettle broth once a week.
