Don’t harvest too late
You should not harvest white cabbage when there is frost, but white cabbage is hardy. So you don't have to harvest it before the onset of winter. However, you should protect it a little from the cold, for example with pine branches or something similar. Do not leave white cabbage standing for too long because, as with all types of cabbage, the head can split open.
