If repotting is not yet necessary, carefully shake off the old substrate and plant the money tree back in the previously cleaned pot. Pour up fresh soil so that the plant has enough support.
Choose a stable planter
The leaves of the money tree store moisture. They are therefore quite heavy, so a pot that is too small and too light will quickly tip over. Ceramic planters (€62.00 on Amazon) that have enough weight are ideal.
The pot must have a drainage hole so that excess water can drain away. A money tree does not forgive waterlogging.
That's why it can make sense to create drainage made of gravel at the bottom of the pot.

Tip
The money tree prefers a sunny location where it is sufficiently warm. Temperatures between 20 and 27 degrees are ideal. It can't get colder than five degrees at the place.
