Why does my sago palm have yellow leaves?
Yellow leaves on a sago palm can be caused by too much water or too much fertilizer. To save the plant, transplant it into unfertilized soil, pause watering and fertilizing, place it in light and then reduce the amount of water and fertilizer.
The cycad prefers water with a low calcium content; it prefers rainwater, but not too much of it. He also doesn't need fertilizer in large quantities. Even if you didn't respond immediately to the leaf discoloration, there is still hope for your sago palm.
