How to properly cut a hemp palm?

Cutting brown leaves of the hemp palm
The hemp palm gets brown leaves in an unfavorable location or if it is poorly cared for. Since these leaves don't look so nice, feel free to cut them.

Why do the leaves of the hemp palm turn brown?

Tip
If the hemp palm overwinters in a location with little light, you must carefully accustom it to the brightness. Otherwise it will have brown leaves. Place the palm tree in partial shade for several days before exposing it to direct sunlight.
