Which trees have yellow flowers?
Some trees with yellow flowers are common laburnum (Laburnum anagyroides), tulip tree (Liriodendron tulipifera), barberry (Berberis vulgaris), Japanese flower dogwood (Cornus kousa), cornelian cherry (Cornus mas), witch hazel (Hamamelis) and Japanese cord tree (Sophora japonica).
Garden trees with bright yellow flowers
There are only a few native yellow-flowering trees. The cornelian cherry is one of them; you can even make jam or make a liqueur from its fruits. Other plants, on the other hand, come from distant countries, but are often hardy here.
