On the contrary: you have to be careful that the plant, which reproduces via its underground rhizomes, does not overgrow your garden in no time! So make sure to limit the growth with root barriers or put the wild garlic in the raised bed straight away.

As it is a native plant, wild garlic is well adapted to the local conditions in the cold season. As a rule, during late winter or late frosts, only the fresh, young greens freeze, while the underground bulbs remain undamaged.
