Color is the design element that is first noticed in every planting. Colors and color combinations create spontaneous moods in the viewer. White farmer's hydrangeas look elegant and radiant, and they also harmonize with all other colors.
What varieties of white farmer's hydrangeas are there?
White farmer's hydrangeas are available in different varieties, such as "Coco", "Forever & Ever Peppermint", "Emile Moullière", "Schneeball", "The Bride", "Hanabi", "Lanarth White", "Dragonfly”, “Tricolor” and “Veitchii”. They are ideal for garden design and appear friendly and inviting, especially in areas with little light.
Garden design with white farmer's hydrangeas
Especially in areas of the garden with little light - many farmer's hydrangeas prefer semi-shady to shady locations - bright, especially white, flower colors appear friendly and inviting. Even in combination with pink and purple tones, they create an attractive, bright atmosphere. A compilation of different farmer hydrangea varieties with different flower colors creates a varied and visually interesting planting, whereby white can always be used well as a separating element between the colors. A monochrome white planting also appears very subtle and airy thanks to the different nuances.
The most beautiful varieties of white-flowering farmer's hydrangeas
In the table below you will find an overview of some of the most beautiful white-flowering farm hydrangeas, including both ball-shaped and plate-shaped varieties (the so-called “lacecaps”, i.e. H. “Lace cap”). In the ball-shaped flowers, most of the inner individual flowers are sterile, while in the lacecaps only an outer edge of sterile flowers surrounds the fertile inner flowers. These flowers look quite similar to those of the Hydrangea serrata varieties.
