For hygiene and safety reasons, dogs are not allowed to be brought onto the exhibition grounds. However, the organizer offers professional dog care. There is extra parking space for dog owners in a shaded area. Here you can hand over the key to your vehicle to a trained dog carer who will lovingly look after your four-legged friend while you visit the exhibition.
Arrival and parking options
Ippenburg Castle is well signposted, so arriving by car is easy. There are plenty of parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the castle.
During the Brocante Festival there is a shuttle transfer from Bohmte train station to Ippenburg on Saturday and Sunday at 11:15 a.m. and back from the castle to the train station at 4:30 p.m.

Around eighty exhibitors offer tasteful living room accessories, Christmas decorations, art and fashion in the pre-Christmas ambience of Ippenburg Castle. Among those invited are 35 of the best Brocante exhibitors from the Netherlands, the home of high-quality flea markets. The focus here is not on the goods on offer, but on the loving presentation and originality of the pieces.
The culinary offering is autumnal, pre-Christmas: spicy, warm, sweet or savory, it caresses the palate. Relax with a glass of hot punch or a delicious Feuerzangenbowle. The Ippenburger Brocante Festival is rounded off with program highlights such as baking Christmas cookies and making Advent wreaths.
