The flowering period of spar bushes varies from April to September depending on the variety. These include spring spar (April-May, white), Carpathian spar (May-June, white), Himalayan spar (May-July, pink), Japanese spar (June-July, crimson), summer spar (June-August, dark red), Piston spar (June-July, pink) and felty spar (July-September, purple).
