The ideal location for a mountain palm is a bright place without direct sunlight, such as an east or west window. In winter the palm tree prefers cooler temperatures between 12 and 14 degrees. Outdoors, it should be shaded during midday to avoid brown leaves.
Avoid direct sunlight on the mountain palm
The mountain palm originally comes from the rainforests. There the plants rarely see direct sunlight.
If you care for the mountain palm as a houseplant, make sure it is in a bright location where the palm is not in direct sunlight. It can only tolerate direct sunlight in the morning and evening.
