Description

Germany's largest model garden was originally designed for the State Garden Show in 2002 and has since developed into a meeting place for garden and nature lovers. In the “Green Treasure Chest” exhibition, you can find out more about garden theory and the plant diversity in the area before your visit. The Park of Gardens offers a unique variety of garden art and offers new inspiration every season. Thousands upon thousands of flowers transform the area into a sea of blossoms, which is shaded by almost 950 solitary trees.

Two playgrounds and various play and adventure elements make the park a worthwhile excursion destination for families too. In the park restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, your physical well-being is catered for with high-quality, predominantly regional products. Special exhibitions as well as informative and artistic events round off the park program.

Tip

If you have a valid day ticket, annual ticket or “Mystical Nights” number, you have ten days of free online access to the park’s plant database. In addition to photos and information about the plants, you will find many valuable planting and care tips here.
