Shadow? Better not
The UFO plant does not feel comfortable in a location that is too dark and shows its discomfort by shedding its beautiful leaves. Even a slight lack of light causes the lush green to fade. There is also a risk that the irrigation water in the pot will not evaporate quickly enough and cause root rot.
