Natural grass is only watered when it is very dry for a long period of time. The best time to blast is in the early morning or evening, as the tender plants would burn in the sun during the day while they are moist. Fertilizing is also unnecessary. You can only apply some fertilizer in spring if the soil is very poor in nutrients.
