To plant morning glories successfully, choose a sunny location with wind protection, sow the seeds in late March to early April and plant the early young plants in the garden at the end of May. Use loamy substrate and ensure even moisture, without waterlogging.
What should you consider when planting morning glories?
Since the thin tendrils of the morning glory are not very tear-resistant, the early young plants should ideally be planted out in the garden straight away using a compostable seed pot (€7.00 on Amazon) or at least with a carefully dug up ball of soil around the roots.
