From June to autumn, bush roses like to present their flowers, provided they are in the right place and receive the right care. But where do they feel most comfortable and how do you plant them professionally?
How do you plant bush roses correctly?
To plant bush roses correctly, prepare the site by deeply loosening the soil. Place the bush rose in lukewarm water for 12 hours beforehand. Then dig out the planting hole, insert the bush rose, fill it with soil, tamp it down and water it well. When planting in autumn, add additional soil to protect against frost.
When is the ideal planting time?
You can plant a rose bush in the fall if you bought it in containers. The ideal time is between the end of October and mid-November. Alternatively, bush roses can also be easily planted in spring. It is important to put them in the ground before they sprout.

First, the soil at the selected location is deeply loosened. The bush rose is then placed with its ball (€11.00 on Amazon) in a bucket of lukewarm water for about 12 hours. The roots soak up water and subsequent growth goes better.

Which location meets the requirements?

What requirements should the substrate meet?
The soil is also extremely important for the bush rose! Basically, only choose deep soils. When planting in a container, ensure that the container depth is appropriate. It is optimal if the substrate has the following characteristics:

Tip
